Hello, Cara Bangs, a licensed real estate transaction coordinator with a passion for facilitating seamless property transactions. I hold my real estate license in Ohio. With experience in the dynamic real estate industry, a highly productive team, I have honed my skills to ensure that every detail of a transaction is handled, from listing to closing.  

Katie Hildebrand has been a dedicated professional with the Hildebrand Team since 1997, specializing as a Listing Coordinator, Photographer, and Contract Coordinator. Known for her high motivation and enthusiasm, Katie consistently goes above and beyond to ensure seamless and efficient transactions. Her experience and commitment make her a valuable asset to any client or team.

 

Over the years, we have worked with real estate agents, brokers, and clients, providing invaluable support to streamline the often complex process of buying or selling a property. I take pride in being the bridge that ensures a smooth flow of information between all parties involved

  • Order listing package from Title Company & request Preliminary Title Report

  • Audit Completed Listing Package for any missing forms or signatures MLS input to broadcast your listing to as many avenues as possible

  • Upload photos & docs to all online advertising  Wow Video Tours  |  Portal

  • Collect HOA documents (if applicable)

  • Timely Compliance Submittal and maintain file with any additional documents added during the life of the transaction

  • Introduction to Clients with all paperwork & "what to expect next" email...

  • Create a PDF flyer and emailed to you for printing in house from WOW template.

  • Sign install and removal

  • Lock box install and removal

  • Staging available $50 per hour

  • Measure property and complete and enter MLS data sheet

  • Request weekly updates from lender

  • Generate Commission disbursement & submit to Escrow, after your review & approval

  • Order Home Warranty (if applicable)

  • Weekly Progress updates to you and the clients

  • Weekly communication with you and your clients

  • Send you and your client a complete package of all documents for their records

  • Upload all closing documents to Skyslope.
